Recruitment Resourcer (Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our expanding MEP Design Engineering division. You will work within a specialist construction recruitment consultancy, focusing on high‑end white‑collar engineering roles and helping candidates find their next opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Contact 50+ warm candidates daily, presenting new engineering opportunities.
• Provide consultancy advice on market trends, salary benchmarks and best practices.
• Headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Organise interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Write and publish job adverts on LinkedIn, job boards and the company website.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.

Required profile

• Experience in UK construction or engineering recruitment.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously after training.
• Excellent time‑keeping, note‑taking and communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability and global economics.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using online job boards and recruitment platforms.
