Recruitment Resourcer – Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our growing MEP Design Engineering division. As a specialist recruitment consultancy in the construction sector, we focus on high‑end white‑collar roles and need a proactive individual to help source top engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm candidates, presenting new opportunities.
• Provide consultancy advice on market trends, salary benchmarks and best practices.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates across relevant networks.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to maximise candidate reach.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Draft and publish job adverts on LinkedIn, job boards and the company website.
• Maintain accurate administration and candidate records.

Required profile

• Experience in UK construction or engineering recruitment.
• Ambitious, motivated to earn and work autonomously after training.
• Excellent time‑keeping and note‑taking abilities.
• Interest in sustainability and global economics.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
