Recruitment Partner – High‑Earning Remote Role

About the role

Phillips Butterworth Limited is seeking a results‑driven Recruitment Partner to join its South African remote team. You will work with high‑calibre clients in Australia and the United Kingdom, turning phone conversations into successful placements and commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage candidate and client calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain pipelines in legal, accounting, or financial services sectors.
• Align working hours with the Australian market, starting as early as 6:00 AM SAST.
• Meet and exceed individual billing targets to maximise uncapped commission.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.

Required profile

• Proven billing history with demonstrable commission earnings.
• Strong passion for recruitment and a self‑motivated work ethic.
• Excellent phone manner – articulate, warm, and professional.
• Resilient, hard‑working and able to operate without constant supervision.
• Experience in legal, accounting, or financial services recruitment is a strong advantage.
