Recruitment Operations & Delivery Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations & Delivery Executive to join our fast‑paced technology recruitment hub in Johannesburg. This hybrid position sits at the centre of a contingent recruitment team, ensuring smooth processes, high candidate and client experience, and reliable data and workflow standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational needs, including travel, logistics and event support.
• Monitor industry events and assist with hosting and coordination of our own events.
• Stay current with recruitment tools and AI‑enabled technologies to improve efficiency.
• Validate total cost to company calculations and track contractor lifecycle events.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements for delivery excellence.
• Check‑in with placed candidates, collect testimonials and support post‑start experience.
• Coordinate interviews, manage AI‑driven CV formatting and oversee background checks.
• Create, post and quality‑control job adverts.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and ATS systems and handle inbound communications.
• Act as a bridge between consultants and operations for smooth onboarding and contractor management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Strong organisational, commercial and detail‑driven mindset.
• Comfort with technology, AI tools and data‑centric processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment CRM and ATS platforms.
• Experience using AI‑enabled tools for CV formatting and workflow automation.
