Recruitment Delivery Team Leader (Remote, UK Hours)

About the role

RMG Digital is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to join its South‑Africa based team and support UK and European recruitment efforts. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging and moving candidates through structured processes while senior consultants handle business development.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal CRM and market mapping.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pools aligned with client requirements.
• Screen candidates for skills, availability, rates, location and compliance.
• Manage candidate communication, prepare them for interviews and collect structured feedback.
• Produce high‑quality shortlists within agreed timelines and support interview coordination and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Vincere or similar) and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Assist with contractor onboarding steps such as right‑to‑work checks and references.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or talent sourcing for tech, digital or professional services roles.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working UK hours in a remote environment.
• Desirable: experience supporting UK/European markets, team leadership, exposure to contract recruitment, familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Vincere a plus).
