Recruitment Delivery Consultant (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support senior‑level executive search mandates within the manufacturing, engineering and automotive sectors. The role is fully remote, operating on UK business hours, and works closely with UK‑based consultants to source and manage high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end search delivery: research, headhunting, long‑listing, screening and short‑listing.
• Build and maintain detailed talent maps for relevant sectors.
• Conduct competency‑based telephone and video interviews for senior candidates.
• Write candidate profiles and present shortlists to the consulting team.
• Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through offer stage.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute market intelligence.
• Collaborate with UK consultants to translate briefs into effective search strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive or similar sectors.
• Proven track record delivering senior/leadership‑level searches (non‑volume/contingency).
• Comfortable with direct headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong written communication, able to produce client‑ready candidate summaries.
• Highly organised, methodical and able to juggle multiple assignments.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and willingness to work UK hours.
