Recruitment Delivery Consultant (Remote – South Africa)

About the role

RMG Digital is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant based in South Africa to support its UK and European tech recruitment teams. This delivery‑focused position is ideal for candidates who enjoy sourcing, engaging candidates and managing structured recruitment processes without full business‑development duties.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal CRM and market mapping.
• Build targeted talent pools aligned to role requirements and client expectations.
• Screen candidates against skills, availability, rate/salary, location and compliance.
• Manage candidate communication, prepare them for interviews and gather structured feedback.
• Produce high‑quality shortlists within agreed timelines and support interview coordination and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Vincere or similar) and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Assist with contractor onboarding steps where required.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or talent sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for tech, digital or professional services roles.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working UK hours in a remote environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
