Recruitment Delivery Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our established team and focus on delivering top talent for UK infrastructure projects. The role is based in our Sandton office and operates on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present candidates across civil engineering, rail, energy, water and utilities sectors.
• Build, manage and maintain robust candidate pipelines for project managers, site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and other specialist roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Match high‑quality candidates to active vacancies quickly and efficiently.
• Focus solely on delivery – no business development or client sales responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting within the UK engineering and infrastructure markets.
• Strong understanding of key job titles, market trends and success factors in water, civil, rail or energy disciplines.
• Delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Enjoys candidate engagement and thrives in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
