Recruitment Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a US‑based client that provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses. The role is fully remote, works EST business hours, and focuses on high‑volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding of ABA therapists (RBTs).

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach to candidates primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess potential for ABA therapist roles.
• Maintain a fast‑moving pipeline targeting roughly 10 hires per week.
• Coordinate onboarding and enrollment into the client’s 40‑hour training programme for candidates without formal ABA experience.
• Document candidate interactions in real time and keep accurate notes.
• Collaborate with the client’s operations team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Strong phone communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to work quickly and proactively in a high‑volume environment.
• Attention to detail and disciplined note‑taking.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps fiber) and power backup to handle load‑shedding.
• Willingness to work both South African and US public holidays.
