Recruitment Coordinator (ABA Therapy) – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a US‑based provider of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. Working remotely from South Africa, you will operate on EST business hours and help build a steady pipeline of qualified ABA therapists (RBTs) for multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume talent sourcing primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Reach out to candidates, screen resumes and assess potential for the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Review 50+ resumes daily to achieve a target of approximately 10 hires per week.
• Manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline, taking real‑time notes and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth hand‑over to the client’s operations team.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication and proactive outreach skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates from diverse backgrounds (education, psychology, childcare) for suitability with children with special needs.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dependable power‑backup solution.
• Willingness to work both South African and US public holidays as required.
