Recruitment Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a US‑based client that provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other neuro‑diverse diagnoses. Working remotely from South Africa, you will operate on EST business hours and be embedded within the client’s operations to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified ABA therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑volume candidates primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Conduct proactive outreach, phone screening, and real‑time note‑taking.
• Review 50+ resumes weekly to achieve approximately 10 hires per week.
• Identify candidates from education, psychology, childcare and related fields, even if they lack formal ABA experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and placement into the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to manage a fast‑moving, high‑volume candidate pipeline.
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined real‑time documentation.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST and observe both South African and US public holidays.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (≥25 Mbps) and power backup solution.
