Recruitment Consultant – Work From Home – 35k‑40k + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role is fully work‑from‑home, operates on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and offers a base salary of ZAR 35‑40 k per month plus a 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to identify potential legal candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings.
• Maintain and update the company’s lawyer dataset, regarded as one of the best globally.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k‑$1 m accounts.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a 47.5‑hour work week.
