Recruitment Consultant (US Market) – Remote

About the role

This remote position focuses on the United States recruitment market. You will proactively source, engage, and place high‑quality recruitment professionals with agency clients across the US, using headhunting and market‑mapping techniques rather than relying on inbound applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach passive recruitment candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and other sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple recruitment sectors.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and qualification calls.
• Produce detailed candidate profiles for client submission.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS and meet activity and delivery KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day researching markets and engaging passive talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a candidate‑focused mindset.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills
