Recruitment Consultant – UK Healthcare (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Healthcare Resourcing is seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join its fast‑growing UK healthcare division. This remote, full‑time position is based in South Africa and offers the chance to own a specialist healthcare vertical within the UK market, working with both locum and permanent placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare organisations and professionals.
• Develop a dedicated specialist healthcare desk, focusing on sectors such as GP surgeries, primary care, community pharmacy, and more.
• Source high‑quality candidates using telephone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Advertise vacancies, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews and prepare candidates for client meetings.
• Oversee compliance, onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a related sales environment.
• Strong business development mindset with a track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of a market.
