Recruitment Consultant – Remote – R35k‑R40k + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers with our clients. The role follows UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and offers a base salary of R35 000‑R40 000 per month plus a 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to identify and engage legal candidates.
• Spend approximately 5 hours each day researching and prospecting new lawyer talent.
• Attend 1 hour of training and internal meetings to stay updated on processes and market trends.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, aiming to meet or exceed billing targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers and leverage a high‑quality lawyer dataset.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and self‑motivation to achieve targets.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Ability to work remotely and adhere to UK business hours.
