Recruitment Consultant – Remote – R35k‑R40k + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a base salary of R35k‑R40k per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls per day to engage candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of daily research and outreach to identify qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Maintain and leverage a premium dataset of lawyers worldwide.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• White‑collar recruitment experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
