Recruitment Consultant – Remote – R35k‑R40k + 10% commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, supporting our legal recruitment team. You will operate on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and handle a high‑volume pipeline of lawyer placements, earning a base salary plus commission on successful deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily to engage candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Manage and close placements ranging from $25k to $100k, earning a 10 % commission.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working 47.5 hours per week and adapting to daylight‑saving time changes.
