About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals. The role operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a base salary of R35k‑R40k per month plus a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
Spend 5 hours each day researching and reaching out to potential lawyer candidates.
Participate in 1 hour of daily training and internal meetings.
Maintain a 47.5‑hour work week, covering partial USA hours as needed.
Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
Ability to work long hours and adapt to UK/USA time zones.
