About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work from home, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals. The role follows UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and offers a base salary of R35k‑R40k per month plus a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls each day to engage candidates.
Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach daily to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings each day.
Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.
Utilise the company’s extensive lawyer dataset to source and place candidates.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
