Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This role involves supporting our clients by identifying and engaging top talent, while building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring companies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Conduct reference checks and follow‑up on submitted CVs.
• Perform relevant background and eligibility checks.
• Maintain and update the client and candidate database.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and employers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with client companies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a recruitment consultant.
• Self‑driven, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently from a home‑based office.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with social media and online advertising for talent acquisition.
