About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This role involves supporting our clients by identifying and engaging top talent, while building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring companies.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
- Conduct reference checks and follow‑up on submitted CVs.
- Perform relevant background and eligibility checks.
- Maintain and update the client and candidate database.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and employers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with client companies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a recruitment consultant.
- Self‑driven, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently from a home‑based office.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency with social media and online advertising for talent acquisition.
