Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers. The role operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to potential legal candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Attend 1 hour of training and meetings daily to stay updated on best practices.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers and leverage a premium lawyer dataset.
• Meet weekly and monthly placement targets and commission goals.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
