Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on placing lawyers. The role operates on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and requires a commitment of 47.5 hours per week. Compensation includes a base salary of 35‑40 k Rand per month plus commission on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound research and outreach to identify potential lawyer candidates (approximately 5 hours daily).
• Manage phone conversations with candidates (approximately 3.75 hours daily).
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (approximately 1 hour daily).
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑value billers handling $500 k‑$1 m portfolios.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients and support the placement process.
• Meet UK‑based client expectations and coordinate with partial USA coverage as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment.
• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work long hours, including partial USA business hours.
