Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and regular meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers and leverage a world‑class lawyer dataset.
• Maintain a 47.5‑hour work week while covering partial USA hours as needed.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within legal or professional services.
• Willingness to work long hours and adapt to time‑zone differences.
