Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers for high‑value engagements. The role combines phone outreach, market research and client relationship management, with a clear earnings structure based on a fixed salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily to engage potential candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to identify qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Maintain and update the company’s lawyer dataset, regarded as one of the best in the world.
• Track and report on placement pipelines and commission‑eligible deals ranging from $25k to $100k.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA business hours.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with a high‑volume phone environment.
• Self‑discipline to work from home and meet performance targets.
