Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers for high‑value deals. You will operate on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and support a fast‑paced team that regularly bills $100k‑$200k per month.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective lawyer candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training and internal meetings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, targeting deals between $25k and $100k.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to UK‑based schedule.
