About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. You will operate on UK business hours, receive daily training, and collaborate with high‑performing billers.

Key responsibilities

Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to identify potential lawyer candidates.
Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings daily.
Manage placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
Work 47.5 hours per week, covering partial USA hours as needed.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
White‑collar recruitment experience, preferably in legal recruitment.
Ability to work long hours and adapt to UK/partial USA time zones.

Base salary of 35,000–40,000 Rand per month.
10% commission on deals between $25k and $100k.
