Recruitment Consultant – Remote (35k-40k Rand + commission)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value roles. The position offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal talent.
• Participate in one hour of daily training and meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.
• Maintain and update the company’s legal talent dataset.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work UK hours (10:00‑20:15) and partial USA hours.
• Ability to work long hours remotely and meet performance targets.
