Recruitment Consultant (Remote) – 35k-40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals. You will join a fast‑paced team that handles placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 and benefit from daily training and access to a world‑class lawyer dataset.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to identify potential candidates.
• Participate in 1 hour of training sessions and internal meetings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyer placements, from sourcing to closing.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within legal or professional services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Ability to handle a demanding workload and meet performance targets.
