About the role

Network Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria office. You will own a specialist desk, partnering with businesses to attract top talent while guiding professionals toward the next step in their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
• Build long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and assess high‑calibre professionals.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Negotiate offers and provide market advice to both clients and candidates.
• Become a recognised specialist within your niche market.
• Achieve sales targets while growing your desk, client base and earnings.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and results‑driven.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, external sales, account management or solution selling.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient mindset with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• High levels of drive, ambition and self‑motivation.
