About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria office. In this role you will drive business growth by matching high‑calibre professionals with exciting opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
• Own and grow a specialist recruitment desk, identifying new business opportunities.
• Source, interview and assess candidates to match them with client vacancies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement and offer negotiation.
• Become a recognised market specialist within your niche.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence engaging with professionals at all levels.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous; experience in sales, business development, retail, customer service or account management is also welcome.
