Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria office. You will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent for our clients while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen and match candidates from various channels, including databases and networking events.
• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide career coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create compelling job advertisements and manage the end‑to‑end placement cycle.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Proven ability to source candidates and execute cold‑calling strategies.
• Experience using Placement Partner platform.
• Target‑driven, organized and confident communicator.
• Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
