Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing top‑tier talent while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
• Understand client hiring needs and translate them into effective talent strategies.
• Source candidates across multiple platforms and conduct thorough screenings.
• Match qualified candidates to appropriate roles and negotiate agreements.
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract high‑quality applicants.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or sales consulting.
• Proven confidence in cold‑calling and client outreach.
• Experience working as a Placement Partner or similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Effective relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
