About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. This role blends sales acumen with talent‑hunting expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
• Source, screen, match and place high‑quality candidates across multiple platforms.
• Advise job seekers on career development and interview preparation.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements between clients and candidates.
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract qualified applicants.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or sales consulting.
• Proven confidence in cold‑calling and client outreach.
• Experience working as a Placement Partner or similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a personable attitude.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.
