About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team at The Talent Room. This fully remote position offers uncapped commission and the freedom to build your own client base in a supportive, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from prospecting and marketing to candidate placement.
• Generate and nurture client relationships through proactive business development.
• Create engaging recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in your chosen market.
• Negotiate terms, manage offers, and deliver a first‑class experience to both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with a supportive, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment environment (agency experience a plus).
• Marketing mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow your own client base while maximising commission.
