About the role

Join Network Recruitment, a leading specialist brand of ADvTECH, as a Recruitment Consultant in Pretoria. This sales‑driven position focuses on winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Source, screen, and match top talent to client vacancies.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from interview preparation to offer negotiation.
• Manage your own pipeline, meet monthly targets, and close placements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Confidence in cold calling and client engagement.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Placement Partner (advantageous).
