Recruitment Consultant – GTM & Sales Talent

About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and build pipelines of top sales talent – from Sales Development Representatives to Account Executives and Sales Leaders – for our client teams located in New York and San Francisco. The position is fully remote and operates on East Coast US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and qualify sales professionals (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders) for client openings.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using outbound sourcing techniques.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, cold‑calling and targeted email campaigns to generate candidates.
- Achieve weekly KPI of at least 10 qualified resumes.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience with an agency or executive search firm.
- Currently employed full‑time in a recruitment role (no freelancers).
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with KPI‑driven targets.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
