Recruitment Consultant – Emerging & Deep Tech

About the role

RecT Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to own the sourcing and placement of technology professionals in emerging and deep‑tech markets. You will work remotely, collaborating directly with the founder and playing a key part in business development and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place candidates in niche tech areas such as AI infrastructure, Web3, developer tooling and applied machine learning.
• Run end‑to‑end search mandates, including briefing calls, headhunting, candidate management and offer negotiation.
• Identify and convert new clients, contributing to business development and pipeline growth.
• Manage active accounts, maintain strong client relationships, spot expansion opportunities and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in agency‑side tech recruitment, with a proven ability to run a desk independently.
• Comfortable handling deep‑tech or emerging‑tech mandates and excited by niche roles.
• Strong communicator with both candidates and clients; able to lead business‑development conversations.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously while knowing when to ask for help.
• Experience in US or European markets is a plus.
