About the role

Join Network Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of your success. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build a client portfolio in a specialised market, and drive business growth through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Build and grow a client portfolio within a specialised sector.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and match high‑calibre candidates to client requirements.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the placement process from start to finish.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
• Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High levels of resilience, energy and self‑motivation.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial awareness.
