Recruitment & Compliance Consultant

About the role

Join an award‑winning social care provider as a Recruitment & Compliance Consultant. You will guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey, from application to final compliance checks, ensuring a smooth and accurate onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review CVs against vacancy requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Gather and verify compliance documentation such as PVGs, references, and statutory safety records.
• Book candidates onto mandatory training and progress them to a “ready to work” status.
• Provide regular updates to candidates and coordinate with the Compliance Officer for final checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing CVs, sourcing talent, and conducting interviews.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end candidate onboarding and registration.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work UK business hours (08:00‑17:00) from an office in Cape Town.
