Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and personable Recruiting Coordinator to support a high‑volume U.S. recruitment process. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates after their initial recruiter conversation, guiding them through follow‑up, document collection, and onboarding logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with interested candidates after their first recruiter call.
• Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate document submission.
• Contact candidates who missed calls or became inactive to re‑engage them.
• Reach out to previous leads with current opportunities and company updates.
• Maintain detailed candidate records, notes, and status updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment flow.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a natural, professional phone presence.
• Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication etiquette.
• Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a recruitment team.
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, customer service, sales, or a similar client‑facing role.
