Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Cre8work as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role in connecting skilled professionals with leading organisations in South Africa. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, while supporting business growth and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract high‑calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals and headhunting.
• Manage job advertisements and postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephonic, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinating interview logistics.
• Conduct reference checks, verify qualifications and perform background screening as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Document all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Achieve recruitment targets and provide regular updates to clients and candidates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong assessment, interviewing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Results‑driven with a focus on meeting targets.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
