Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of industries, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through market research and community involvement.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools.
