Recruiter – Remote, US Hours

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for healthcare professionals. The position is fully remote and operates on US business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST). You will act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
• Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Apploi, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial telephone and virtual screening interviews.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating details to all parties.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep recruitment pipelines up to date.
• Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding administration when required.
• Generate recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Promote a positive employer brand and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for healthcare professionals, clinical, allied health or administrative roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Apploi, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
