Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to join our growing team. In this fully remote position you will source, attract and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from contact to placement.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
