Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team. You will act as a bridge between US‑based clients and candidates, ensuring smooth interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability and coordinate interview schedules.
• Request and manage documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients via Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles for suitability and alignment with client needs.
• Review, edit, and update job requisitions and candidate information in Workday.
• Maintain internal databases and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Facilitate multi‑candidate interviews and attend daily/weekly meetings.
• Verify start dates and coordinate handoff to account managers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Client‑ and candidate‑facing experience with strong organizational and detail‑orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Tech‑savvy with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
