Recruiter (Remote) – $20/hr

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support end‑to‑end recruitment activities on a remote, hourly basis. You will work closely with our talent acquisition team to source, engage, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified talent through targeted sourcing strategies and market research.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously learn recruitment best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related people‑focused functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.
