About the role

Job Duck is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its remote, US‑based team. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews, tasks, and schedules.
• Request and manage documentation based on client needs.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and follow up on job requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles for suitability and alignment with client requirements.
• Review, edit, and update job requisitions and resumes using internal tools and Workday.
• Maintain internal databases and keep candidate profiles current.
• Engage candidates throughout the matchmaking process via email and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinking, proactive mindset, and data‑driven approach.
