About the role

TalentDome is seeking a high‑energy Recruiter to drive its talent pipeline. You will source, engage and screen top‑tier candidates while managing outreach across multiple time zones. The role offers a fast‑paced environment, uncapped commission and clear pathways for advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn and other digital tools.
• Conduct heavy outbound outreach, including direct messaging and high‑volume phone dialing.
• Manage candidate data and track pipelines using Gmail, Google Sheets and internal systems.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Generate client leads and create outreach templates for those clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for outbound calls and emails.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fearlessness on the phone and ability to handle cold calls and rejection.
• Strong digital proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets and LinkedIn.
• High adaptability and time‑management to navigate shifting time‑zone schedules.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Base salary of $800 per month.
