Recruiter – Human Resources

About the role

The Recruiter will support the Regional Human Resources Manager by delivering specialised recruitment services across the region. This role focuses on attracting, assessing and onboarding talent while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening and coordination of panel interviews.
• Administer psychometric testing and create personnel files for new hires.
• Liaise with the Department of Labour and community centres to promote career opportunities.
• Develop recruitment plans for new business initiatives and maintain an effective talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations, including employee registration and accurate data submission.
• Participate in health and safety programmes, report incidents and attend safety meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
• B.Com degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Hands‑on experience with career portals and knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Familiarity with G4S HR policies, procedures and HR systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver objectives.
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Computer literacy for HRIS and recruitment tools.
