Recruiter – High‑Volume Product Support Specialist Hiring

About the role

The Recruiter supports the Recruitment Specialist in delivering high‑volume recruitment for Product Support Specialist positions for an international AI technology client. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination and administration to build a strong pipeline of technically proficient, customer‑focused candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for Product Support Specialist and related support vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or virtual interviews assessing technical aptitude, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Schedule interviews, assessments and meetings between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers and talent pools specific to the campaign.
• Manage bulk recruitment drives, overseeing candidate flow, shortlisting and interview logistics during peak periods.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing clear role information and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with reference checks, pre‑employment verifications and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare recruitment correspondence such as interview confirmations, regret letters and offer support documents.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with labour legislation, company policies and HR procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment function and handle ad‑hoc recruitment tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or currently studying).
• 3‑4 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration or talent acquisition support.
• Exposure to high‑volume or bulk recruitment, particularly for customer or technical support roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with call‑centre or contact‑centre environments.
